Website and support privacy
This notice covers this documentation website and voluntary email support for Gallery Search AI and platelog. Each app has its own privacy policy. JUNEYOUNG KIM, an independent developer based in South Korea using the name lpaiu, is responsible for handling support requests. Contact lpaiu.cs@gmail.com.
Visiting this website
GitHub Pages hosts these static pages. GitHub records visitors' IP addresses for security, whether or not visitors have a GitHub account. See GitHub Pages data collection and GitHub's privacy statement. The developer does not add analytics, advertising, cookies, tracking pixels, embedded media or externally loaded fonts. No account or form is required to read these pages. Clicking an external link takes you to a separate service.
When you email us
We receive your email address, message and any attachment you choose to send. We use them to answer the request, troubleshoot, verify a privacy request where necessary, or handle a complaint. Please send only what is needed and do not include passwords, verification codes, card details or private photos. We may ask for limited additional information to verify an account deletion request. We do not use support correspondence for advertising or AI training.
Where support information is handled
The developer handles correspondence in South Korea. Google provides the Gmail email service and may process email through infrastructure in the United States and other locations described in Google's privacy policy. GitHub and Google operate under their own privacy practices for their services. We do not send the apps' photo collections to them through this website. We disclose support information only as needed to handle your request or meet a valid legal obligation.
Purpose, lawful basis and retention
Where a lawful basis is required, our legitimate interests are providing requested support, resolving problems and protecting the service; applicable legal obligations may require processing certain records. We keep correspondence for the time needed to handle the request and necessary follow-up, and keep a limited record longer only where law or an unresolved dispute requires it. The purpose, unresolved issue and legal requirement determine retention; we review and remove information that is no longer needed. You can request deletion by email. GitHub and Google determine the retention of their own service logs and backups under their policies.
Your rights and complaints
Email us to ask for access, correction or deletion of support information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent where relied on, or an appeal of a refusal. We verify identity only as necessary, respond within the deadlines that apply and explain a lawful refusal. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context advertising or make automated decisions with legal effects. Requesting privacy rights does not affect your purchase entitlement.
You may complain to a privacy regulator with jurisdiction over your concern, including the UK ICO, Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, Australian OAIC, New Zealand Privacy Commissioner, or your US state authority. These links do not imply that every listed privacy law applies to every request.
Children and changes
This support website is for a general audience. Please do not send personal information about children unless necessary to resolve a parent or guardian's request. If we learn that unnecessary child information was sent, we remove it. This does not change the privacy practices of either app. Material changes to this notice are identified here with an updated date; where law requires further notice or consent, we provide it before the relevant change.
