Account Deletion
Delete in the app (right away)
- Tap the gear (Settings) at the top of the timeline.
- The "Me" tab at the top → "Delete account" at the very bottom.
- Tap "Delete everything, photos and messages included".
You're signed out as soon as it's deleted, and it can't be undone. It's the same in the iOS and Android apps.
If you can't use the app (email)
Send "platelog account deletion request" to lpaiu.cs@gmail.com. Include how you signed in (Apple or Google), your nickname, and your crew name, and we'll confirm it's you, delete your account, and reply.
What gets deleted
- Your account (sign-in info), nickname, and profile photo
- Photos and posts you uploaded, messages and comments, and emoji reactions
- Notification settings and your device's push token
- If you were the leader, the role passes to the member who joined first. If you were the only member of the crew, the crew is deleted too.
What remains
The live account and associated content are removed through the deletion process. Storage cleanup can complete separately from account removal. Restricted database backup copies expire under the active provider plan; provider security logs and support emails have their separate retention purposes. This does not erase copies previously downloaded or shared by other people. Email support if deletion fails or appears incomplete.
